· Since the "7.5" accident of the elevator of Beijing Metro Line 4, a small elevator accident in Shanghai has once again made everyone feel uneasy. So, as a buyer, how do you view this kind of elevator safety accident?

Viewpoint 1: Four months after the elevator accident on Beijing Metro Line 4, from the perspective of the cause of the accident, as long as the design, installation and daily maintenance work are done well, the elevator is still relatively safe, and some major accidents can be completely avoided. .

Viewpoint 2: In fact, the elevator itself is very safe. However, as a special mechanical equipment, the elevator will cause loss in daily operation. If the maintenance is not in place and the regular inspection is perfunctory, the accident rate will increase.

Viewpoint 3: In the aspects of elevator design, production and installation, my country's standards are still relatively complete. It can be said that the quality of the elevator itself is no problem. Why did the elevator crash? I think the main reason is the lack of maintenance during installation and operation.

· Elevator has a relatively large amount of cooperation in the procurement of all parts, and is closely related to human life safety. According to the understanding of elevator accidents, what aspects do you pay more attention to in the elevator procurement of specific projects in cooperation with parts dealers?


Viewpoint 1: When we choose elevators as special equipment, we first consider their safety, including design, development, production, security control during delivery, and installation after delivery; second is the brand; third is the price.

Viewpoint 2: Elevators have a relatively large amount of cooperation in the procurement of all parts, and are closely related to human life safety, so it is very important to meet technical standards. We adopt a centralized procurement model for elevators in all projects, and are technology-oriented to ensure product safety.

Viewpoint 3: For elevator procurement, brand is the first principle, and priority is given to the eight major brands in the first echelon of the elevator industry. But we are not blindly superstitious about brands, and we also choose component suppliers who value our projects.


Comparison between China and foreign countries: each has its own merits


· Through financing to upgrade technology, domestic brands have the opportunity to accelerate the narrowing of the gap with foreign brands. How to treat the difference between foreign elevator brands and domestic elevator brands?


Opinion 1: We still choose international brands for high-end projects, mainly because foreign brands have done better in after-sales service, enterprise management, and marketing network construction over time. The real test of the enterprise is the after-sales service.


Opinion 2: The gap between domestic elevator brands and foreign brands is actually not large. The key is that the development time of domestic brands is relatively short, and they only focus on the expansion of production capacity, but do not pay attention to the construction of soft power such as after-sales service and enterprise management.
